About Shay Morrow
Shay Morrow has over 20 years of experience in combined recruiting, interviewing, personnel and manager development, jobsite creation, business management, accounting, executive administration, event planning, payroll administration, marketing, public relations, personnel management and technical writing. A graduate of the University of North Texas, Shay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with concentration in Psychology and Philosophy, is certified as a HR Generalist and has completed several classes towards a Business Administration Certificate from the University of Texas’s certificate program. She started updating friends and family's resumes in college and as her success rate in job placement grew, so did her customer base. In 2000 Shay launched Bigwigs.net, an executive jobsite created for job seekers and employers of over $100,000 a year compensated jobs. Although the jobsite did not survive the dotcom crash, Shay has since continued to strengthen her knowledge and experience in the job seeker field by recruiting, revising resumes, researching job trends, writing articles, and consulting companies looking to add valuable employees to their team.
